You:
You’re someone who has forged their career so far in the field of assessment, recruitment and retention.
You’re in your element speaking to customers about how to create compelling, effective and highly efficient assessment campaigns that achieve the hiring numbers and quality their business needs.
You may have trained as a psychologist, an HR practitioner or a senior recruitment professional, before specialising in assessment and consultancy.

Maybe you are working for another employment assessment consultancy and love what you do, but just not where you are doing it, or maybe you have started your assessment journey in-house and are now looking to spread your wings working in a consultancy that is renowned for continual assessment product innovation and always pushing the boat out just that little bit more!
In this position, you’ll be leading the delivery of complex assessment solutions for a range of businesses.
It’s a heavily client-focused role – you will be the expert asking the questions to understand exactly what they need before designing solutions and working with internal product teams to ensure every customer receives the best bespoke solution to suit their needs.
Confident communication ability is key because you’ll be working with a highly varied bunch of people from client HR/management teams through to internal product development, account management, engineering and design teams.
At any one time, you’ll be juggling 3-4 projects, and whilst you can be mostly home-based there will be occasional travel to client sites and approximately once a month in one of their offices in either the West Midlands or London.
On offer is a basic salary between £50k – £70k + 25 days holiday + share scheme + life cover + 5% pension + lots more.
