Role: Head of Sales
Location: Primarily remote with quarterly in person meetings
Salary: Up to £70,000 plus OTE
This is a role for someone who wants to build something that lasts.
You’ll join a growing B2B SaaS business focused on helping leaders make better decisions over time. The platform is built for long term impact, not short-term wins. Insight comes before action. Trust matters. Delivery has to match what is sold.
They are now looking for a Head of Sales to design and lead a commercial function that scales properly. This is not about chasing numbers at any cost. It is about building a disciplined, credible sales operation that increases revenue and strengthens customer relationships.
