I’m working with a Dynamic Accountancy practice who are on an exciting growth journey, determined to revolutionise the world of accounting. The company pride themselves on their innovative approach, and we’re looking for a creative and talented Videographer to join their team in Derby.

As their Videographer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning video content that reflects the brand’s vibrant personality. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce videos for various platforms, including the website, social media channels, and client presentations.
This role is based on a 32 hour working week based over 4 days in Derby, with an additional 8 hours a week at college for anyone who desires.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality video content from concept to completion.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to develop creative video campaigns.
- Edit and optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Manage and organize video assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of creating impactful video content (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent storytelling skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
