Role: Software Support Engineer

Location: Beeston

Working Arrangement: Office-based for 6 months, hybrid (3 days per week) after

Salary: Up to £40k + Bonus + high-earning on-call support rota (optional)

If you’ve been supporting software systems, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with users and internal teams, this could be your next step forward.

We’re looking for a technically minded Software Support Engineer to join a collaborative, tight-knit team. You’ll move beyond basic support, working directly with developers to investigate bugs, write scripts, and contribute to real fixes. It’s an ideal environment to sharpen your coding skills and start progressing toward a development career.

You should be comfortable reading logs, querying databases, and communicating confidently with users. You’ll also need experience with at least one of the following programming languages: C#, C++, VB.NET or JavaScript.
