What you’ll be doing

Owning initiatives from the Product Manager and breaking them into clear, deliverable stories.

Working closely with engineering squads to bring those ideas to life.

Translating customer and stakeholder needs into real product solutions.

Driving user journeys and customer experiences (with the design crew at your side).
Keeping initiatives, KPIs, and documentation sharp, clear, and value-driven.

What we need from you

Energy sector experience (billing, payments, or anything in that world – non-negotiable).

Confidence in breaking down complex product requirements.

A background in agile ways of working.

Strong communication skills – you can bring people with you, not just tell them what to do.

A positive, collaborative mindset (because no one likes a grump in the squad).
