Role: Fractional VP of Sales – Robotics / Automation

Location: Remote – UK or EU

Salary: £400 – £900 per day plus agreed bonuses/uplifts

This fast-growing scale-up is bringing advanced automation systems to global markets, with a product offering that sits at the intersection of innovation and capital intensity. Average deal sizes exceed £500k, and they’re now looking for a commercially astute leader to shape their sales strategy and function from the ground up.

You’ll be leading a team including a US Business Development Director, a marketer and a technical solutions team that support the sales process, so a background in driving multi-stage, highly-technical sales processes involving high CapEx products and services is essential.

You’ll bring:

Experience selling high-value industrial, automation or Robotics solutions
A strong track record of building partnerships, channels, and strategic alliances
A ‘closer’ mindset to get deals over the line
Experience working alongside technical solutions engineers or pre-sales teams
Comfort working across global markets and within scale-up/early commercial teams

The commitment:

Fractional role (1–2 days/week)
Remote, with flexibility to engage with a UK-based team
Initial 6–12 month focus on go-to-market execution, team design, and partner strategy
