You know tech is where it is at though! You wouldn’t want to recruit for any other industry. You may not necessarily be a tech recruiter right now, but you know enough to know you want to be.
We’re building the Rebel team to be ready, post pandemic, for what we anticipate being the fastest period of sustained growth in our history. We need ambitious and pro-active Rebel Recruiters to join us and build their futures together with the amazing team we have already assembled.
We’re still a small company, so the opportunities are limitless and you’ll be working hand in hand with the MD to explore new markets, exploit new opportunities and bring new customers on board in what is still a hugely active market.
You’ll need to roll your sleeves up. We don’t spoon feed people here or deliver death by a thousand KPIs. We give you space to find your own flow and develop your own targets, but in return you must own them and contribute to the team effort. Our bar is high and we want it raised further by hiring you!
We build behind successful team members and the long-term view could be for you to lead a team or develop a distinct practice across the UK, the EU or further afield. Directorship is a very real possibility if that’s where you want to be eventually.
We are looking for someone with a real entrepreneurial mind-set, not just an employee in the traditional sense. You’ll work with the MD to assess the market, opportunities and decide targets, whilst getting regular support and collaborating with inspirational and ambitious team members all committed to delivering amongst the highest standards of recruitment service anywhere to be found.
Maybe you’ve been furloughed, maybe you’re working somewhere that you just can’t see yourself being long term, or maybe you’re just excited about starting something new with an established, unique tech recruitment company. Whatever! It matters much more is where you’re headed!

Base Salary: £25k -£35k base + uncapped commission (£35k – £65k first year OTE)
