Location: Remote role with bi-monthly meetings at the Nottingham office.
Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 + 20% Bonus
So, you’ve been a Development Manager for some time and over the years, you’ve got the best out of your managers and technical team, helped them progress their careers and have been an inspirational leader in your technical team. However, as time has passed by, you’ve slowly moved into more of a Senior Development Manager where you’ve been instrumental in making in your respective industry. There’s no ridiculously long list of requirements in order to ensure you’re successful, you’d be leading a team of development managers, so around 4-5 direct reports, have previous experience of managing a global development team of around 80+ tech professionals, familiar with large scale platforms with large data sets (if you come from a data or banking background, it would work in your favour), looking after over 50+ resources which include vendor management and suppliers (including budgets), you’d look at the technical landscape and make strategic decisions on various components within real-time systems.
