ROLE: Experienced Consultant – Talent Assessment
SALARY: Up to £45,000
LOCATION: Remote
You’ve been in talent assessment for a few years now.
Psychometric analysis, designing and delivering bespoke solutions, this is what you love.
But something’s missing.
Maybe you’re looking to be a part of something bigger, working with a wider variety of clients.
Well, I’m working with a large organisation full of talent management experts. After acquisitions and a recent re-brand, they’re looking to expand their Consulting department and are on the lookout for passionate experts, who are motivated to deliver the very best product and services to their clients.
You’ll be amongst a team that work flexibly together to deliver ground-breaking solutions that span the talent lifecycle, with innovation and development at the forefront of their minds.
Through designing and delivering impactful interventions and solutions you’ll be coordinating with your colleagues to provide solutions to the challenges your clients face across assessment, development, and training.
You’ll build strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients and take ownership of the complex, multi component assessment processes that revolutionise so many businesses across the world, supporting them in understanding the added value through the implementation of in-house solutions.
You’ll need to have experience in this area already, ideally in early talent/volume recruitment, as you’ll be using your knowledge to provide credible and informed expertise when in consultation with clients.
You’ll be working with psychometrics and analytics, so you need to be confident using data to provide informed interpretation and advisory support, recommending future enhancements and innovation of the solutions used.
Whether you’re working internally, or on the client side, this is what you need to be considered:
✊ 3+ years’ experience in volume talent assessment; consulting on talent, assessment, and development challenges
✊ Knowledge of system integration
✊ Experience of varied approaches to assessment and development

✊ Willingness to learn a new suite of products
