We are now looking to hire additional, experienced recruiters to help support us and our accounts as we are now busier than ever, with new clients signing up every single month.

You won’t get a corporate environment here. What you’ll get is the chance to work in a supportive and innovative company with other likeable, grounded recruiters who love what they do.
You’ll need at least 6 months of recruitment experience and will need to be based within commutable distance of Nottingham, as you will need to be able to come into the office at least once a week for team meals and camaraderie!
We are open to considering people from finance, HR, legal, Engineering or any other professional recruitment sector. If you have a background in blue-collar recruitment you’ll need to show you can successfully transition to a high-value, low-volume recruitment role.
On offer is a basic salary between £22k – £40k + bonuses worth £6k – £30k dependent on performance. We also have regular team meals, charity activities, days out and incentives, as well as regular in-house knowledge sharing sessions and training.
