£20k – £30k basic + commission (total earnings of £30k – £100k+)

We’re looking for special people to join us as tech recruiters as we continue to grow.  Working as a tech recruiter with Rebel is not just a job, it’s a career path that can literally change your life.

For these positions, we are looking for ‘hunters’, not ‘gatherers’.  People who are going to help us develop new markets and bring on board new high-quality customers through using their initiative and network building skills (that we will help you perfect!).  It is a full 360-degree role so you will then fill the vacancies that you capture and earn thousands of pounds in bonuses as you do.

We’re looking for graduates (or equivalent ability/intelligence) with commercial experience (1 year +) working in a demanding role, ideally involving customer service, sales or any other targeted role, including self-employment.

You’ll need to display a track record in achievement and excel past your peers, and have a mature outlook on life (i.e. not just living for the weekend and being desperate for Friday to come around – c’mon, what a waste of life!).

It’s a tough job, but one of the most fulfilling careers you can experience for those who have the talent and perseverance.
