As an Onboarding Manager at a technology company that specialises in AI (Artificial Intelligence), you’ll be working alongside the Customer Success team to make sure that their customers are onboarded correctly and efficiently- making sure they have everything they need to start the journey of using the product. This takes quite a lot of coordination with internal and external parties, and you will be relied upon to bring them all together towards the common goal of onboarding them.
They are a lovely bunch of people, with a genuine ‘family-feel’ to them, so cultural fit is really important for them. They also want to know that you’re interested in the industry and product they make, as everyone there is, and it really contributes to a great dynamic and love of the job.
