Field Technical Support Full Time

Location: Nottingham
Package:  £20-£27k depending on experience.

I’m on the hunt for a field engineer who is experienced in first-line support & setting up buildings/properties IT infrastructure. If you have worked in facilities management, new property development or onsite technical support then read on!

The company is based in the heart of Nottingham City centre & the team is a close bunch, the role will be a mix of office & field-based projects, with travel to sites & any additional expenses fully paid.

 They provide commercial property to companies ranging from start-ups to multinationals, the focus is around a full package including tailored office space, maintenance & management with buildings ranging from town centre offices or even a Georgian mansion!

You will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues via phone, email & online ticket system, you will be working alongside the facilities manager to ensure properties are set up ready for businesses to move in.

Experience is essential in networking, switching, cabling & patching testing & there is training provided, you will also need strong communication & computer skills for the days when you are in the office.

Time management is key to this role as projects can occasionally have very quick turnarounds so you will need to be ready to roll your sleeves up!

On offer is a salary package up to £27k, 25 days holiday, all expenses paid, Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:30 working hours.
