“Technology makes what was once impossible, possible. It’s the design that makes it real.” – Michael Gagliano
The world of Technology is in our hands. Today, creativity and innovation has no limits, and the opportunities for development stretch as far as the realms of our imagination. With that in mind (see what I did there?), it takes some serious talent to put these ideas into practice, and as a Software Developer you know this more than anybody else. Your work in designing, developing, and deploying unique and effective software products is admirable. You’ve spent a few years in the industry and have a great understanding of what is expected from you when it comes to working with a team to prototype new products while upholding quality assurance practices the whole way. After dabbling between various different projects, you now look to settle into a permanent role that provides new challenges to your knowledge but welcomes and appreciates your past experiences in the same sense.
I got you.
I’m looking for an experienced Embedded Software Developer that can lead software development processes at the company’s head office. You’ll be working with the Advanced Sensing team, collaborating to prototype new products as well as improving existing ecoCMS hardware products. Working in an agile environment, your approach on deployment processes is essential for this role, as you will drive quality and testing processes for embedded software, ensuring quality at all stages. Your ownership over legacy code will be the foundation for new developments, and this will allow you to propose technical solutions for new products between embedded software and electronics development. No pressure!
You’ll need some practical experience in C/C++, FreeRTOS, embedded/deterministic OS, Microcontroller programming, interfaces such as SPI, I2C, I2S etc. Finally, you’ll need to have experience with the use of Linux and Python.
