Graduate / Junior Recruitment Delivery Consultant
Salary: £18k – £25k base salary (depending on experience) + bonuses worth £3k – £10k in the first year + superb progression thereafter
Location: Nottingham City Centre (with some flexibility/home working once you are up to speed)
Rebel Recruiters are a uniquely different IT Recruitment Agency working with some of the fastest growing tech companies in the UK and Europe.
We are looking for people to join us as Recruitment Delivery Consultants / Resourcers, helping our busy team to deliver against demanding requirements and fill as many of our clients’ vacancies as possible. We are open to both graduates and non-graduates who have at least 12 months experience of working in a professional environment – we can’t consider anyone without real-world work experience (you know, waking up and getting to work at 9 am and working a 37.5 hour week, week in week out!).
Sales or customer service experience would be very valuable as we like people who are comfortable working to targets, but as long as you can show you are able to deliver under pressure then any work experience will be considered.
You’ll need to display high levels of drive and initiative, as well as evidence of working outside of your comfort zone to progress your skills and knowledge. You’ll need to be smart and be able to show that you can keep up in an industry where you’ll be working with very intelligent people.
We can offer a brilliant, supportive team and regular perks such as weekly team meals and trips away, with progression to salaries of £50k – £100k+ within a few years entirely possible for the brightest recruits.
Our office is in Nottingham City Centre, and the role would largely be office based whilst you are learning the ropes, though we do operate a flexible work culture where working from home is welcomed for people who really don’t need to be in the office every day.
