Well. I’m working with a small (but growing!) IT Managed Service Provider who are looking for an experienced Account Manager to help the business provide the very best service to their customers, strong performance will surround you with growth opportunities, the ability to earn a good amount of money, and the chance to be a part of something pretty special.
They’re based in the Southwest of England and are looking to pay up to £50k basic (and uncapped commission) for someone who can bring existing Account Management experience in the IT space, as well as top class relationship building skills.
You can expect to engage with key stakeholders within your account base and help them develop and execute and effective IT strategy, bespoke to their needs, as well as always maximising your opportunity to upsell a variety of products and services.
You’ll be building on and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships, not just aware of their current requirements but also looking towards their future plans. Despite account management being your main responsibility, you need to be happy hunting for new business too as you’ll spend 20% of your time being diligent in spotting opportunities to onboard new logos.
