PACKAGE: £75000 to £85000 basic + £20k – 30k in commission

I’m working with a highly innovative global talent assessment and development business, and they’re looking for an experienced Account Director to take ownership of some of their most significant clients across the globe.
Through their combination of technology and human expertise, they have become one of the world leaders in strengths-based assessments, supporting businesses across the world by revolutionising recruitment, assessment, and human capital.
Using your account management experience you’ll build deep meaningful relationships, strengthening the relationship over time whilst understanding their needs, not just now, but in the future, and using those needs to match to relevant technology solutions.
You’ll drive excellence throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from scoping in pre-sale, to product delivery and customer satisfaction post-sale. Using your recruitment knowledge, you’ll ensure plans run smoothly, budgets are maintained whilst delivering at a consistent high standard.
As far as experience goes, they are looking for:
✊ An understanding of assessment solutions and an appreciation of the state of the art/science in relation to using technology, data, AI and machine learning in recruitment and assessment.
✊ A track record of building deep and lasting relationships as a trusted advisor at senior levels in enterprise organisations.
✊ The ability to create and manage RFP’s with support from commercial leads and the assessment team.
Salary wise, they’re looking to pay £75,000 to £80,000 with an additional £20,000 to £30,000 when meeting your commercial targets – If you’re slightly out of this bracket do still apply, they will offer more for the very best candidates. They’re based in London and Birmingham and are flexible on your location, as well as hybrid/remote working.
